As a lifestyles editor for semester one and a copy editor for semester two, I have had a variety of experience in different roles. For a lifestyles editor, I got creative with InDesign to layout interesting pages and learned how to give me critical edits. As a copy editor, I learned about more edits concerning grammar and punctuation. Both of these roles allowed me to hone different skills that can help me next year and in the future. I hope to use my current skills to increase the views on our newspaper and to explore other ideas to increase the creativity of the Bark.
